These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of kalvjewels.com and any purchase you make from Kalv Jewels, operated by Kalv Jewels, Vrundavan Nagar Society, Dabholi, Surat, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) to purchase from us.
We take great care to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. However:
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order — including in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (international). We do not store your card or bank details. Orders are produced/dispatched only after payment is confirmed.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds, and cancellations by our Return & Refund Policy. Please read both — they form part of these Terms.
Custom, engraved, and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are final sale, except where they arrive damaged or defective.
All content on this site — designs, photography, text, logos, and the Kalv Jewels name — is our property or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our pieces are crafted to a high standard. Normal wear, accidental damage, and damage from improper care are not covered. Please follow our care guidance to keep your jewellery beautiful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
