Every Kalv Jewels order is shipped fully insured and discreetly packaged, with tracking, so your piece reaches you safely.
Order processing
- Most pieces are made to order and ship within 5–10 business days.
- Custom and personalised orders take 2–3 weeks, depending on the design.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping within India
- Sent by insured courier (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart) with tracking and signature on delivery.
- Typical delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping is complimentary on all orders.
International shipping (worldwide)
- We ship worldwide via insured international courier (e.g. FedEx, DHL) with tracking.
- Typical delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- International orders are billed in USD.
- Duties, customs charges, and import taxes (if any) are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the courier or customs on arrival.

Once dispatched, you can track your parcel from the link in your shipping email and from Account → Orders on our website.
Safe, discreet packaging
For security, parcels are packaged plainly with no external markings indicating jewellery, and high-value shipments require an adult signature on delivery.
Delivery accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address, and re-shipping a returned parcel may incur additional charges.
Delays
Couriers and customs can occasionally cause delays beyond our control (weather, customs inspections, peak periods). We’ll always help you track and resolve any issue.
